Seven Tourist Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “our company”) has established the following terms of use for the use of Ultra Tour (ultra-tour.com) services.
By using Ultra tour, you are deemed to have agreed to the terms of use, and you must read the terms of use when using Ultra tour services. The terms of use may be changed as necessary, so please refer to the latest version when using the service.
For information on the handling of personal information, please read “Personal Information Handling and Security”.
When making reservations for golf course reservations, shuttle services, and accommodation, please read the “Travel Contract” and “Travel Conditions” together with these terms of use and be aware of this before making a reservation.
For travel consultation, please also read the “Travel Agency Terms and Conditions – Travel Consultation Contract Section”.
Terms of Use
These terms apply to users of the “Ultra tour” service operated by our company. Users of this service shall use this service only after agreeing to these terms. In addition, these terms may be changed without notice.

Information provided by tour operators
We provide information necessary for booking tours, such as the tour details, fees, available reservation dates and times, and cancellation policies, provided by tour operators. However, reservation-related information is provided at the tour operator’s own risk, and we are not responsible for the content of the information, except in cases where the information is not provided due to our intentional or negligent non-dissemination of information.
Contract Formation
This travel contract will be formed when our company accepts the contract and receives the designated application fee or travel fee from the customer (electronic acceptance notice). Our travel contracts comply with the standard travel agency terms and conditions established by the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism. Please read the “Travel Contract” and “Travel Conditions” together with these terms and conditions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact information and means you have provided, we may cancel your reservation.
Payment of the fee
If the departure date is more than one month, please pay the “application fee of 20,000 yen” or the “full amount” (if the application fee is paid, the remaining amount should be transferred one month before the departure date). If the departure date is less than one month, please transfer the “full amount”. Transfer fees will be borne by the customer. *This may be subject to change due to circumstances. If payment is not confirmed by the specified date, we will cancel the reservation after giving notice.
Content and quality of services provided by the hosting company
Our company bears no responsibility whatsoever for the content and quality of services provided by the hosting company, and any trouble, disputes or complaints that arise between the customer and the hosting company, or damages suffered by members, must be resolved between the customer and the hosting company, and our company bears no responsibility whatsoever for these.
Cancellation of a reservation due to personal reasons, cancellation fee
If you cancel a reservation due to personal reasons, the following change and cancellation fees will be charged.
For golf play only
Counting from the day before play
Up to 8 business days before/Free
7 to 5 business days before/50% of the fee
4 business days or less before or no show/100%
Reservations on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Arrangement fees are not refundable in the event of cancellation.
Please note that if you contact us outside of our business hours to change or cancel, we will process it on the next business day and a change/cancellation fee will be charged on the next business day.
In the event of bad weather, etc., unless the golf course cancels the event or the golf course is closed, the above change/cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel for your own convenience.
Cancellation regulations may differ depending on the city or golf course.
If you are arranging a hotel or flight in addition to golf
Change/cancellation fees will be charged as follows after your application.
Changes/cancellations made 40 to 31 business days in advance: 10% of the trip price
Changes/cancellations made 30 to 15 business days in advance: 20% of the trip price
Changes/cancellations made 14 to 14 business days in advance on the day of the trip: 100% of the trip price
Changes/cancellations made after the trip has started, and no-shows: 100% of the trip price
Reservations made on Saturdays, Sundays, holidays, and outside of business hours will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that if you contact us about changes/cancellations outside of our business hours, they will be processed on the next business day and a change/cancellation fee will be charged on the next business day.
In the event of bad weather, etc., unless the golf course cancels the tour or the golf course is closed, the above change/cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel due to your own circumstances.
The change/cancellation fee may change due to local circumstances.
Regarding fees after the travel contract is concluded
After confirming your payment (after the travel contract is concluded), if you cancel or change your reservation due to your own reasons, we will charge you 2,200 yen (tax included) per person per tour. Please note that unless a 100% change/cancellation fee is charged at the time of the change/cancellation, if a change/cancellation fee is charged, a separate change/cancellation fee will be charged.
The customer will be responsible for any bank transfer fees incurred when receiving a refund. If the tour is not confirmed to take place, the tour will be canceled. In that case, the tour fee paid will be refunded in full. (The refund fee will be borne by the customer.)
If you paid by credit card
We will charge 5% of the refunded amount as an administrative fee for the refund (decimals will be rounded down).
Travel consultation contract fees
Travel plan creation: ¥1,100 (tax included) per day of travel itinerary
Estimate of travel expenses (for trips that combine arrangements for transportation and accommodations): Basic fee ¥3,300 (tax included) plus ¥1,100 (tax included) per day of travel itinerary
Estimate of transportation fares and fees: ¥1,100 (tax included) per case
On-site consultation at customer’s request: ¥5,500 (tax included) on top of the above fee.
Handling of registered information
Personal information registered by the customer at the time of registration (hereinafter referred to as “Registered Information”) shall be held and managed by our company in accordance with our Personal Information Protection Policy. Our company shall not disclose any information among the registered information that can identify a specific individual (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) to a third party, except in the following cases: When the customer consents to the disclosure of information When providing personal information necessary for the performance of services to a business partner who has signed a confidentiality agreement for the protection of personal information When personal information is collected and analyzed for the purpose of improving services, and disclosed or provided to a third party in a state in which individuals cannot be identified or specified When disclosure is made in accordance with a court warrant or other court decision For details on the purpose of use and other handling of personal information acquired by our company, please read “Privacy Policy.”
Prohibited acts
When using the service, customers must not engage in any of the following acts or acts that may result in such acts:
- Acts that violate these terms and conditions
- Acts that violate public order and morals or laws and regulations
- Acts that infringe on the copyrights, portrait rights, or other intellectual property rights of the company, other customers, or third parties
- Acts that slander or libel other customers or third parties
- Acts that cause harm to other customers or third parties
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the company’s business or the services it provides
- Acts that are for profit
- Other acts that the company deems inappropriate
Copyright and Property Rights
Copyright and property rights for all content displayed on Ultra tour belong to our company and the tour operators, partners, and advertisers who provide such content to our company. Users and members agree not to copy, publish, transfer, lend, translate, reprint, transmit, license, or reuse such content, except when prior written consent is obtained from our company, tour operators, partners, or advertisers. In addition, our company has the right to claim an amount equivalent to the profits gained by users and members through such actions.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any damages incurred between the customer and the tour operator. The tour operator is an independent contracting entity from us, and we shall not be liable for any acts, negligence, defaults, representations, or guarantees by the tour operator, or for any injuries, death, damage to property, loss, or damages attributable to terrorism, or any other damages, etc., incurred by customers in connection with participating in the tour. We shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, duplicate reservations, or strikes caused by causes beyond our direct control. In addition, we shall not be obligated to respond to changes in tour content, cancellations, delays, or additional costs incurred due to government authorities or court warrants, etc. Even if we are intentionally or negligently involved, we shall not bear any damages to members other than actual and direct ordinary damages incurred by customers in connection with the provision of this service. Please note that we are not liable for special compensation, itinerary management, or itinerary guarantees.
Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to change the contents of these Terms as necessary. If we change these Terms, the change will be considered complete upon the change on this screen, and we will not notify you each time.
Jurisdiction
In the unlikely event that a dispute arises between you and our company, the parties will resolve it in good faith. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the Tokyo District Court or Tokyo Summary Court will be the agreed court of jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the Tokyo District Court will be the competent court.
Consultation
If any matter not specified in these Terms or any doubts arise regarding these Terms, the parties involved shall negotiate in good faith and endeavor to reach an amicable resolution.
